Anthony Stoll,
Real Estate Agent

Buy for Less, Sell for More, Save on Commission

I believe there’s a better way to do real estate. One that is more transparent, cost effective, and available to everyone. And I’ve been in the industry long enough to know that’s not always the case. I'm here to do things differently.

My goal is to help you buy for less, sell for more, and save money by reducing realtor commissions and fees.

Hi my name is Anthony. I’m a real estate agent that likes to do things differently. Unlike most real estate agents, I focus on education and savings, and not charging high commission rates.

Selling a home:

I love helping clients sell their home for more, while reducing or eliminating commission. Instead of traditional representation, which comes with a big price tag, I point my clients to “untraditional” options to sell their home, but at a fraction of the cost:

  • For Sale By Owner (no commission)

  • Flat Fee Service Agreements (as little at $299)

  • Full Service Realtor (but with a  huge discounted rate)

Gone are the days of 6% commissions!

Buying a home:

Buying a home can be complicated, but I’m here to make sure you get off on the right foot. Whether it’s reading through my blog posts, grabbing my “how-to buy a home” guide, or jumping on the phone with me for a free consultation, I’ve got your back.

I’ll connect you with the right professionals to make sure you find your dream home at the right price.

A little more about me:

I’m passionate about real estate. I bought my first rental in 2010, became a real estate agent in 2016 (was Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams Legacy Group), and became a Principal Broker in 2019. I have extensive knowledge in land management, researching title and negotiating contracts. I absolutely love this stuff.

My other interests and hobbies include woodworking, remodeling, traveling, building international affordable homes, backpacking, watching the show “New Girl” on repeat, and I’m somewhat obsessed with birds and squirrels.
